You are invited into a space where movement becomes a gateway to your inner world — a place to listen, soften, and reconnect with the wisdom of your body. Here, dance is not performance; it is meditation in motion. Together we open a safe and sacred field where you can slow down, follow your body’s truth, and gently tune out the critical mind.
As you journey through your inner landscape, emotions, insights, and forgotten memories may rise to the surface. This is part of the deeper healing process — a chance to review and shift old patterns held in the body. With my presence holding the space, you are supported to meet whatever arises with compassion, allowing your body to release what no longer serves you and make room for clarity, joy, and renewal.

The Practice: guided, intuitive & open to EveryBody

Each session includes a short opening circle where we set our intention and, if you wish, draw a card to receive guidance for your journey. The dance itself is a one-hour somatic movement practice — fully facilitated, with no choreography to follow. All you need is your breath, your presence, the music, and your own intuition. You are free to move as your body leads you, whether in stillness, softness, expansion, or expression.
As I attune to the frequency of the group, I also feel each participant’s process individually. If I sense you need support in a moment of release or breakthrough, I will gently guide you — with or without touch — so you can stay present and grounded within your experience.
We close with a sharing circle and tea, giving time for integration, connection, and reflection.
