Questions about remote Shamanic channeling

How often can I ask for a reading?

You are welcome to request a reading whenever you feel called. Some people reach out only during major transitions, while others like to check in monthly or with each season. There is no “right” rhythm — simply trust your inner timing and come when you feel ready to receive guidance.

Can I ask the same question again if I didn’t follow the previous guidance?

Yes — with intention. If nothing has changed, Spirit may reflect the same message back to you. But if your circumstances, feelings, or perspective have shifted, revisiting the question can offer new clarity. I’m always happy to help you refine or reshape the question so we can reach the true heart of what you’re seeking.

How do I ask the right question?

A powerful question is clear, honest, and rooted in what you genuinely want to understand. Instead of asking for predictions (“Will this happen?”), it’s often more supportive to seek insight (“What do I need to know about this situation?” or “What path is most aligned for me?”).
If you’re unsure, don’t worry — I can help you uncover the question beneath the question so we can explore what truly matters.

How does remote channelling work? Do I need to be present or pull my own card?

No — you don’t need to be there in person. Once you share your question, I attune to your energy and wait for the moment Spirit indicates it’s time to begin. In a quiet, dedicated space, your question settles within me like a pebble resting at the bottom of a still lake. From that place of clarity, I connect with my Guides, allow the cards to fall naturally, and channel the symbolic messages meant for you.
Because the work happens at an energetic level, physical presence or card-pulling isn’t necessary — the guidance reaches exactly where it needs to.

When will I receive my reading?

As I also have a daytime job, I complete the channelling when I have the spaciousness and stillness the process requires — most often on weekends. You can expect your written reading within two weeks, usually earlier, but never later.

Questions about Body-centered counselling

What is body-centred (somatic) counselling?

Body-centred counselling places the body and its sensations at the heart of the therapeutic process. Rather than working only through talking and analysis, we gently explore what your body is communicating through sensations, breath, posture, and movement. This allows deeper patterns — often beyond words — to come into awareness and release naturally.

How is somatic counselling different from traditional talking therapy?

While traditional counselling focuses mainly on thoughts and emotions, somatic counselling includes the body as an active source of information and healing. We listen not only to your story, but also to how your nervous system responds in the present moment. This can support change at a deeper level, especially with stress, trauma, anxiety, and long-held patterns.

How does an online body-centred session work?

Online sessions work very well for somatic counselling. You don’t need to be physically present for the body to be felt or sensed. Through guided attention, gentle inquiry, and embodied awareness, we work with what is alive in your body in that moment. Many clients find that being in their own space helps them feel safer and more relaxed.

Do I need prior experience with therapy, movement, or somatic work?

No experience is needed. The work meets you exactly where you are. Sessions unfold at a pace that feels safe and manageable for your nervous system. There is no pressure to perform, move in a certain way, or “get it right” — your body already knows how to guide the process.

What can body-centred counselling help with?

This approach can support a wide range of experiences, including stress, anxiety, trauma, panic, emotional overwhelm, relationship patterns, life transitions, and feeling disconnected from yourself or your body. It can also support those who feel stuck in talking therapy and are seeking a more embodied, integrative approach.

Questions about Somatic movement sessions

I’ve never done anything like this before — is it really for me?

Yes. These sessions are especially supportive for people who are new to somatic or conscious movement. There is no choreography, no pressure to know what to do, and no expectation to perform. You are guided gently, with space to move at your own pace and in your own way.

Do I need any dance or movement experience?

No experience is needed at all. In fact, many people find it easier to drop in when they don’t have a dance background. There is no choreography, no right or wrong way to move, and no expectation to perform. You are invited to follow your own rhythm and listen to your body from the inside out.

What should I wear?

Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and feel at ease. Layers are helpful so you can adjust to your body temperature. You’re welcome to dance barefoot or in non-slip socks — choose what feels safest and most comfortable for you.

How long is a session and what does it include?

Each session lasts approximately 2 hours. We begin with a short opening circle to arrive, set intentions, and ground into the space. This is followed by a one-hour guided music and movement journey, and we close with a sharing circle where you can reflect or simply listen, as you prefer.

Do I need to talk or share in the group?

There is no talking during the movement journey itself. This helps everyone stay present and connected to their own experience. Sharing is optional and happens only in the closing circle — you’re always free to pass.

What if I feel tired, emotional, or unsure during the session?

You are encouraged to listen to your body. You can slow down, pause, sit, or rest at any point. While we ask participants to stay in the space for the full session, there is no expectation to keep moving — being present with what is happening for you is enough.

Still have questions?

If you’re unsure which offering is right for you, or if something isn’t clear yet, you’re welcome to reach out. I’m happy to answer questions and help you sense what might best support you at this time.
