My journey begins
From a young age, I was drawn to the unseen and to the wisdom held in the body. This curiosity led me to study Tibetan Buddhist Studies in Budapest and later live for seven years in a Buddhist community in the UK, grounding my path in meditation, compassion, and embodied presence.

Shamanic roots & movement
My path into healing unfolded through experience and intuition, by receiving a shamanic initiation in Germany. Rooted in a Nepalese shamanic lineage, it opened my connection to my inner guide and healer.
Movement has always been integral to my life and my language of connection - from classical ballet and contemporary dance, to Balinese tradition and shamanic trance dance. It became my form of meditation, exploring truth and presence through movement. In 2011, while studying in Bali, I became a model for a Dutch painter who captured dancers in motion. It was a time of deep creative flow, living in beauty and doing what I loved.
Later, in the UK, I trained with Leo Rutherford as a Shamanic Trance Dance Facilitator, weaving rhythm, breath, and intuitive movement into a bridge between the physical and spiritual realms.

Turning points & resilience
A near-fatal motorbike accident in Bali became a profound turning point. Told I would never dance again, I turned inward — listening, channeling, and working with the healing wisdom that had quietly been forming within me. I learned to walk again, and two years, two surgeries, years of deep inner work and physical training later, eventually....today I'm dancing again.
After moving to the UK in 2014, I trained in Bodypsychotherapy and assisted my teacher for four years, gaining hands-on experience in trauma support and embodiment.
Relearning my body after the accident meant letting go of old movement patterns and discovering how to move from inner sensation rather than habit. This experience and practices like 5Rhythms became the foundation of how I now guide somatic movement — from authenticity, presence, and deep inner listening.
My work has included intuitive, body-centred healing therapy at St Augustine Holistic Centre in Brighton, blending somatic awareness, energy work, and clairvoyant insight. Today, I offer somatic movement group workshops and one-to-one body-centred counselling sessions — online and in person — supporting trauma release, emotional balance, and the rediscovery of inner rhythm.
I am trained in Mental Health First Aid and currently studying Level 3 Counselling, continually deepening my understanding of how body, mind, and spirit meet in healing.
My path weaves the mystical with the embodied — helping others return to their bodies, their truth, and the quiet guidance of their inner light.
"SpiritsDancer helped me reconnect with my body and find a sense of peace I didn't know was possible."
