A body-centred approach

My work is rooted in the understanding that the body is not only our home, but also our greatest teacher. Every sensation, movement, and breath carries intelligence — an invitation to listen more deeply to what is ready to be seen, felt, and released.

I combine somatic awareness, shamanic practices, and intuitive guidance to help people reconnect with their body’s innate wisdom. Through gentle movement, mindful attention, and guided inquiry, I support clients to meet themselves with presence and compassion, allowing space for natural healing to unfold.

What to expect

In my sessions, we might explore through movement, breath, or stillness, tracking sensations and emotions as they arise. Sometimes words are secondary — the body speaks first. As awareness deepens, old patterns, memories, or emotional blockages often surface to be witnessed and integrated. I hold a safe, grounded space where this process can happen at each person’s own rhythm.

My shamanic training offers another dimension to this work — connecting with the unseen, the intuitive, and the symbolic language of the soul. I sometimes channel guidance or imagery from the higher realm when it supports clarity or healing. This aspect of the work complements the somatic process, helping clients access a broader sense of meaning and connection.

In our work together, we follow the language of your body — its sensations, impulses, and rhythm. Through somatic movement, embodied awareness, and intuitive exploration, we invite your system to release old patterns, soften resistance, and find balance again.

I hold a calm, compassionate space where you can safely meet yourself as you are. Sometimes we work through movement and breath; other times through stillness, reflection, or gentle dialogue. When appropriate, I may bring in shamanic or intuitive guidance to offer clarity and deeper perspective.

My approach is collaborative and respectful of your pace. Healing unfolds naturally when the body is met with presence and trust — and my role is to support you in listening to that inner wisdom that has always been there, waiting to be heard.
